Confirm what is included in loading, collection and disposal with Liam. If you want additional items removed or the scope differs from the original description, discuss that change and any revised quote before agreeing the extra work. No standard additional-work charge has been supplied.

The supplied starting offer is pickup loads equivalent to a 14-yard skip from £250. This is a general load-based offer, not a fixed price for every clearance, demolition, material type or property. Quotes are based on load size and vehicle capacity.

Ask for the total quoted price and what it includes before agreeing the job. No standard deposit, cancellation fee, refund schedule or tax treatment has been supplied here; this page does not introduce one.
